Electromagnetic vibration benchs are precision devices used to simulate the vibration environment of products and test their vibration resistance. The core of daily maintenance is to keep the equipment clean, promptly identify and address potential problems, and regularly calibrate key components. This not only extends the service life of the equipment but also ensures the accuracy of test data. The following are the key points for daily maintenance by module:

I. Daily Maintenance: Pre-Power-On Inspection + Post-Power-Off Cleaning

1. Appearance and Environmental InspectFion
Confirm that the equipment is placed on a level surface, without tilting or shaking; ensure there is no dust, corrosive gases, or strong electromagnetic interference sources nearby.

Check that the power cord and signal cable connections are secure, that the plugs are not loose or oxidized, and that the cables are not damaged or bent.

Check that the indicator lights and buttons on the control box panel are functioning normally, without any jamming or malfunction.

2. Cleaning and Dust Removal
Wipe the table surface and control box casing with a dry, soft cloth to prevent dust from entering the equipment.

Clean debris from the screw holes and crevices of the table fixtures to prevent affecting the fixture installation accuracy.

Unplug the power cord after powering off to avoid wear and tear from prolonged standby.

II. Weekly Maintenance: In-depth Inspection of Key Components

1. Vibration Table Maintenance
Check the tightness of the bolts securing the table to the base. If loose, tighten them immediately with a torque wrench to prevent additional noise or displacement during vibration.

Inspect the table surface for scratches or deformation. Address any sharp damage promptly to avoid stress concentration.

2. Drive and Transmission Component Inspection
Observe the electromagnetic drive coil for abnormal noises or overheating. If abnormal temperature rise occurs (above 60℃), suspend use and troubleshoot the problem.

Check the lubrication of the guide mechanism. If it is dry or stuck, add special grease (avoid using ordinary machine oil to prevent corrosion).

3. Cooling System Maintenance

Air-cooled equipment: Clean the dust from the cooling fan filter to ensure smooth fan rotation without blockages. Replace the fan immediately if the speed slows down or abnormal noises occur.

Water-cooled equipment: Check the cooling water level and for leaks in the pipes. Change the circulating water weekly to prevent scale buildup in the pipes.

III. Monthly Maintenance: Calibration + Replacement of Consumable Components

1. Accuracy Calibration: Use standard instruments such as vibration meters and accelerometers to calibrate the amplitude, frequency, and acceleration parameters of the stage, ensuring a deviation from the set values ​​≤ ±2%.

Calibrate the display data of the control box. If deviations occur, contact the manufacturer or a professional for parameter correction.

2. Inspection and Replacement of Consumable Components: Inspect the jaws and screws of the stage fixture for wear or stripping. Replace damaged parts promptly to prevent sample detachment due to insecure clamping.

Check the insulation of the power cord and signal cable for aging. Replace any cracked cables immediately to prevent the risk of electrical leakage.

IV. Quarterly/Annual Maintenance: Professional In-Depth Maintenance

1. Internal Component Inspection
Professional personnel disassemble the machine, clean the dust from the internal circuit boards and coils, and check the solder joints for firmness and any signs of poor soldering or detachment.

The insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil is tested to ensure it meets the requirements of the equipment manual, preventing short circuits and burnout.

2. Comprehensive Performance Testing
Perform no-load operation tests: Set different frequencies and amplitudes, run for 30 minutes, and observe whether the equipment operates stably without abnormal vibration or noise.

Compare with historical test data. If significant deviations are found in the test results under the same parameters, promptly investigate sensor or drive system malfunctions.

3. Replacement of Consumable Parts
Replace the grease in the guide mechanism and the cooling fan filter annually; replace fuses, relays, and other consumable parts inside the control box every 1-2 years, depending on usage frequency.

V. Maintenance Prohibitions and Precautions

Do not place samples exceeding the rated load on the platform to avoid overload damage to the drive coil.

Do not wipe the inside of the control box with a damp cloth to prevent short circuits on the circuit boards; power must be disconnected and the equipment allowed to cool down before cleaning.

When the equipment is to be out of service for an extended period (more than one month), cover it with a dust cover and periodically power it on for 10 minutes to prevent components from getting damp and aging.

Maintenance records must be archived, including maintenance time, content, and replacement component models, for easy troubleshooting later.
